This enzyme belongs to Tyr protein kinase family.
The catalytic domain of this enzyme is homologous to that of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (M00131 in EzCatDB).
The extracellular region of this enzyme is composed of two immunoglobulin (Ig) repeats and two fibronectin type three (Fn-III) repeats (see [2] and [3]).
